What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX (user experience) is about how the whole thing works: the structure, the flows, and how easily someone can do what they came to do. UI (user interface) is the visual and interactive layer: the layout, colours, typography, and components people actually see and touch. Good design needs both, and we handle both together rather than treating them separately.

Do you only design, or can you build it too?

Both. This service is focused on design, the research, structure, and interface, but we are also a development team. You can take our designs to your own developers, or have us build them. If we do both, the design and build fit together cleanly because the same team handles them.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. Redesigns are a big part of our work. We start by understanding what is working, what is not, and why, then redesign around your users and goals while keeping the parts of your identity that matter. The aim is improvement, not change for its own sake.

How do you make sure a design will actually convert?

We design around real user behaviour and clear goals rather than decoration.
